Once you've stored the document on your hard drive, you can open it with Adobe Acrobat Reader and browse it without needing to connect to the internet.

Searching

Whether you are viewing the document inside your browser, or using Adobe Acrobat Reader to view a locally stored copy of the document, it has its own keyword search facility.

You can search in the document by clicking on the "look for" (binoculars) symbol on the Adobe menu bar:

Once you click on the "look for" (binoculars) symbol, you get a search window that enables you to search for keywords in the document:

It is important to understand the search options.

"Match Whole Word Only" looks only for exact matches with the text that you enter. For example, if this option is selected, and you search for the word ship, the words ships and shipping will not be found or highlighted.

"Match Case" looks only for words that match the exact capitalization you enter. For example, if this option is selected, and you search for the word Constitution the word constitution will not be found.

"Find Backwards" starts the search from your current location in the document and moves backward toward the beginning.

When you click on the "Find" button the search begins, and stops at the first hit. To force the search to go find the next hit, you have to ask it to "Find Again." The best way to "Find Again" is to click on the "Find Again" symbol, which is depicted as a set of binoculars with an arrow.
